Bling Bag Subscription Returns & Refunds

Not in love with the blings? No worries. While our fashion experts try their best to pick-up the right blings for you based on your style profile, in the rare instance, if you are not happy with your Bling Bag and its contents, you can send us your Bling Bag with all the contents and we will refund you as per our policy. 

  • Inform: The return must be communicated to us within 48 hours from the time you receive your Bling Bag. You can email us at support@blingbag.co.in to inform us about your return and we will get in touch with you.
  • Return: Return/Exchange of selected content of the bag is not allowed. Bling Bag with all its contents (including any bonus blings received) should be shipped back to us at the address we share, within 5 days from the day you receive your Bling Bag. The cost of shipping the bag will be borne by the subscriber. The products and the bag should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if any of the product is damaged or missing. Bonus Blings received as part of longer subscriptions will not be replaced or exchanged. Bonus blings sent are curated as per the style profile. Elastic Bracelets received as part of your Bling Bag subscription will not be replaced or exchanged in case of any damages.
  • Refund:  We will process your refunds after deducting the relevant charges as mentioned in our Refund Policy.
  • For longer duration plans, if the bag is returned for a particular month, the value of the bag considered for refunds will be the per month amount paid for that plan Example 1: You had signed up for 6-month regular bling bag subscription plan initially and paid a one time amount of Rs. 8399 for 6 bags. You wish to return the 4th month bag, in this case, we will consider the value of the bag as Rs. 1399 and the applicable deductions will be made. Example 2: You had signed up for 3-month mini bling bag subscription plan initially and paid a one time amount of Rs. 2599 for 3 mini bags. You wish to return the 2nd month bag, in this case, we will consider the value of the bag as Rs. 866 and the applicable deductions will be made.

    Bling Bag Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

    We respect your decision to leave Bling Bag subscriptions mid-way and we promise to make the cancellation process hassle-free. To cancel an on-going subscription please take note of the following:

    • Inform: Please inform us at support@blingbag.co.in to let us know about your subscription cancellation decision. For cancellation of the longer subscription plans, inform us before the 25th of the month you received your last bag. Due to our logistics and operational cycle, if we receive your request after 25th of the previous month, your next month's bag will be dispatched.
    • Refund: We will process your refunds after deducting the relevant charges as mentioned in our Refund Policy.
    • For cancellation of longer duration plans, the refund will be calculated based on the per month bag value of the highest subscription plan you have availed. Example 1:, You had signed up for 6-month regular bling bag subscription plan initially and paid a one time amount of Rs. 8399 for 6 bags. After receiving 4th month bag, you decide to cancel the subscription thereafter. In this case, the value of the 4 bags you already availed will be calculated based on the 3-monthly subscription plan i.e. Rs. 1449 for each month. Example 2: You had signed up for 3-month mini subscription plan initially and paid a one-time amount of Rs. 2599 for 3 bags. After receiving 2nd month bag, you decide to cancel the subscription thereafter. In this case, the value of the bag per month you already availed will be calculated based on the 1-month subscription plan i.e. Rs. 899 for each month.

    Bling Boutique Returns & Refunds

    Did not like the blings you shopped from Bling Boutique? Changed your Mind? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a piece of fashion jewellery but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. We will be happy to take back such products you have shopped from Bling Boutique. However, products shopped under any promotional sale offers or using discount codes are not eligible for returns and refunds. Please note the below for returning your Bling Boutique purchases. 

    • Inform: The return must be communicated to us within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. You can email us at support@blingbag.co.in to inform us about your return and we will call you back to explain you the return process.
    • Return: The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day you receive your Blings. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if the product is damaged. 
    • Refund: We will refund as per our Refunds policy. 

    Bling Boutique Cancellations & Refunds

    Blings shopped from Bling Boutique

    Ordered from Bling Boutique and changed your mind even before receiving your blings? No worries! Generally we ship Bling Boutique orders within 3-5 working days. In case you want to cancel your order, please email us at support@blingbag.co.in. Refunds if applicable will be made as per our Refund Policy. Products shopped under any sale offers or using discount codes are not eligible for cancellations and refunds.

    Refund Policy  

      Mode of Refund

      • For payments made through online transactions, refunds will be made to the same card / wallet with which the order was paid. 
      • For COD payments, refunds will be made as equivalent Bling Bucks in your Bling Bag account. You may use your bling bucks for any future purchases and they do not have an expiry date!

      Applicable Deductions

      • Rs. 150 towards the administrative charges will be deducted for every refund request (COD / Online transactions). This charge will be applicable even if the order is not dispatched. 
      • Shipping charges paid for the order will not be refunded. For 3 / 6 / 12 months subscriptions of Mini & Regular bags, Rs. 100 towards the shipping charges will be deducted for each month availed. For any cancellation of the orders before they are shipped (shipping notification sent over email), the shipping charges will be refunded.
      • For order paid via online transactions, 5% of the transaction amount will be deducted towards bank fees. This fee will be applicable even if the orders are cancelled before dispatch. For longer duration subscriptions, 5% will be levied on the amount being refunded.
      • Total of Rs. 150 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse.
      • For COD orders, Rs. 75 will be deducted as COD convenience charge 
      • Bling Bucks availed while placing the order will not be credited back or refunded.  
      • Any refund of the previous order, if applied to a new COD order which is not accepted, will levy the to and fro shipping charges of Rs. 150 total from the refund credit pending with us. 
      • For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
      • For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, Rs. 100 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted. 

      Eligibility

      • Products purchased under any promotional offers or mega sale or placed using discount coupons will not be eligible for returns, cancellations or refunds
      • Products purchased from 'SALE' section on our website will not be eligible for returns, cancellations or refunds
      • Damaged products returned will not be eligible for any refunds. 

      Refund Time

      • Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days from the day we receives the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders.
