This was my first time ever ordering jewellery online and I was very hesitant at first. But even before placing the order, their response to my questions was immediate and very helpful.
Also, after the purchase (when they informed me there was some issue with one item, they replaced it hassle-free).
I'm amazed and shocked at the same time, as this was an international order, I purchased on 29th Nov & received it on 5th Dec!
