Let me first of all start of by saying that the staff who spoke to me over the phone are extremely courteous and helpful. I had ordered a pre-curated bag and this rose gold bracelet was one of the jewellery. Since this went out of stock they didn't dispatch my order on time and I wanted it for valentines day itself. But the best part was when I received my bag on the valentines day itself. Thank you soo much for the consideration. This Rosella Crystal Bracelet is indeed a beautiful piece to die for and worth having in your stash however it is more beautiful coz of the amazing staff. Keep it up guys.
